If this is your first time renting from us, it is recommended to place your order through the website.

Choose the equipment you need and send us a message. Please include the rental date, time, and duration.

Filling out the form in full helps us process your request quickly and may allow rental without a deposit or with a reduced deposit.

Important:
If you are willing to rent the equipment with a deposit equal to 100% of its value and do not want to wait for verification — please mention this in the order comments and contact us by phone immediately after submitting the request.

• Arrive at the office with your ID at the scheduled time.
• Or request delivery (must be arranged in advance; rental and delivery fees apply).

Upon receiving the equipment, the client signs two documents:

1. Rental Agreement 
2. Equipment Handover Form

The catalog lists the rental price for a 24‑hour period.

Please return the equipment on time.
For example: if you rented equipment from 14:00 for 24 hours, it must be returned by 14:00 the next day.

Penalty:
A delay of more than 2 hours is charged at the full daily rental rate.

We offer delivery of photo and video equipment to any convenient location for additional fee (must be arranged in advance).

Lenses
• Autofocus performance across the range
• Condition of optical elements (scratches, cracks, dust)
• Smooth rotation of focus and zoom rings
• Proper operation of the aperture

Sliders / Stabilizers / Motorized Systems
• Smooth and consistent movement
• Absence of looseness or play
• Presence of all screws, mounts, and pads
• Proper motor operation (for motorized systems)

• Light surface scuffs
• Minor usage marks that do not affect functionality
• Small scratches that occur during normal use

Request that the defect be added to the form and signed by the rental representative. This protects you from disputes upon return.
